Now entering their third season of CCSA competition, Gogebic Community College continues to build its program behind accomplished coach Will Andresen.

If this year’s preseason is any indiction, Andresen has his guys on the right track. Ross Williams stormed to a pair of team-best finishes at the Wolverine Ski Challenge in December. Williams took 35th overall (7th among OJ skiers) in the 10K classic race and 54th overall (15th among OJ competitors) in the 10K skate – quite an accomplishment given the strength of the field.

Close behind Williams, Nathan Foster grabbed 55th overall (18th OJ) in the classic race and 66th overall in the freestyle, while Leif Gilsvik placed 80th in the classic event and 90th in the skate.
